3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Albisa Candles reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until confirmed by us.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once they are in processing.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or distribution.

5. Processing, Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All of our candles and body products are hand-poured in small batches. Processing times before shipment are listed on product pages and may vary during busy seasons or restocks.

  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over carrier delays.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Albisa Candles is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Theft After Delivery: We are not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier marks an order as “Delivered.”

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

  • Eligibility: Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within the stated window.

  • Condition: Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for evaluation.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
